Build / Build (push) Successful in 42s

Owner decision 2026-10-17, with SocialPub's PrivaPub.Tests. The e2e project leaves the solution, the csproj's
exclusions, Tailwind's sources and .gitignore; comments no longer point at it, and CLAUDE.md's e2e section becomes
Verifying: a publish with the Pasture environment, which SocialPub's tools/pasture/peers/decepub.sh serves as
https://decepub.test. appsettings.Pasture.json stays for that, and the deploy still fails if it ever ships. The cards'
data-* hooks stay in the markup.
